Park Towers is an iconic building from 1964, years ahead of its time, and beloved by all its residents.” Panoramic views were the starting point. The renovation opened the plan around them, gathering an open-concept kitchen with luxury finishes, a dramatic fireplace, a wine display and a bar into one continuous space designed for hosting, with the skyline as its backdrop. The primary suite takes its cue from hospitality: calm, tailored and detailed with custom millwork. Throughout, curated furniture, fine art and considered surfaces give the contemporary interior warmth and personality, completing a residence that feels as composed as it is dramatic.
