This home ultimately sold in record time and above asking price.” Production homes are designed for the many, which leaves little room for personality. This renovation set a different standard, reconsidering the interior as a whole and replacing builder-grade finishes with custom detailing throughout. The aim was a serene retreat: quieter, warmer and specific to the people who live there. White oak millwork brings warmth and continuity, natural stone adds depth, and solid brass hardware offers a tactile, lasting finish. Fine art completes the composition. What began as a standard layout now feels distinctive, considered and settled, a home that no longer resembles its builder-grade beginnings.
