Our Remodeling packages are the direct expression of a commercial discipline: scope defined, cost understood, decisions resolved before the work begins. Predictability is not a constraint on good design. It is what allows it to proceed.
A contemporary sensibility
Dallas has long favoured the traditional and the abundant. Our work runs in another direction: contemporary and quietly composed, with warm materials, considered proportion, and an eye for the unexpected piece that keeps a room from feeling assembled all at once.
Two ways of working
On a single-family residence, we act as design-builder: one contract, one accountable party, design intent carried intact from drawing through installation. On multi-family and commercial projects, we take our place within a larger team. Few studios are positioned to do both.

The studio brings together interior architecture, commercial and multi-family design, hospitality, and management consulting — a combination that is uncommon in residential practice and is precisely what allows us to work the way we do.
That range is what allows us to serve a varied client base without changing approach. A homeowner is guided through selections and shielded from the complexity behind them. A developer or association receives the programming, documentation, and cost discipline expected on a commercial project. A general contractor is given drawings that resolve rather than raise questions.
The same team covers the full arc of the work — programming and space planning, design development and documentation, value engineering and bid review, procurement, and construction administration through final installation.
